Nut Brown loft conversion
Copperclad completed the metal roofing and cladding package to this unusually shaped loft conversion, including the upper mansard roof, wall cladding, gutters, downpipes, cappings and window details.
The wider building incorporates a sawtooth-style roof arrangement, with multiple rooflights and several changes in direction and pitch. One window sits at an unusual angle, requiring the surrounding metalwork to be individually cut and formed around it.
Other challenging areas included a stainless-steel box gutter, the junction between the metal roof and adjoining brickwork, and the small balcony area, where several different roof and wall details had to come together within a confined space.
