Copperclad installed the standing-seam metal roofing and feature gable cladding to this new-build property, together with metalwork to a bay window and a range of associated cappings and finishing details.

The roof package included detailing around conventional rooflights and solar rooflight trays, together with a ventilated soffit fabricated from the same material using Copperclad's ventilation equipment.

A notable feature is the change in roof pitch above the stairwell, introduced to provide the required internal ceiling height. This created a more involved standing-seam junction than a conventional uninterrupted roof slope and required the metalwork to follow the stepped roof geometry cleanly.
